Parent Meeting

Parent input and involvement is highly valued at AMS. Studies indicate that children whose parents/guardians share in their education tend to do better in school. Some of the benefits identified through parent involvement include: higher grades and test scores, long-term academic achievement, positive attitudes and behavior, more successful programs, and all around better schools.

One of the ways in which we encourage parent involvement is through our monthly Parent Advisory Council (PAC) meetings. Parent voices are extremely important in helping to shape our school. PAC meetings provide a crucial platform for open parent-school communication. And, at AMS we realize we wouldn't be the excelling school we are today without the dedication and commitment of our valued parents.
